UpSkill Community is the answer to your call

Founded in 2009, what is now known as UpSkill Community was born through the merging of two companies: ProExcellence and Distinct Privilege.

ProExcellence coordinated mastermind groups providing a space for peer to peer mentorship where leaders shared life and leadership experiences, supported one another, problem solved together and sharpened their skills.

UpSkill Community has an interesting History!

Then

Distinct Privilege offered professional networking and community connection opportunities through social engagements and events. It gave leaders the opportunity to gather with other leaders, expand their networks, create and deepen their sense of community.

Ten years later both experiments merged into one to better meet leaders’ learning needs while fostering community connections and we changed our name to UpSkill Community (The MAS Foundation).

We have served thousands of leaders and facilitated leadership conversations across the globe. It became clear that leaders value community connections and a sense of belonging baked into the learning experience. So, we listened to our leaders, partners and consulted with experts to create a space to reflect these unique needs—Upskill Community.

Our programs blend learning, mentorship, and collaboration to help individuals and groups lead with confidence, compassion, and courage. Through partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities, we expand leadership potential and opportunity for all.

Now

UpSkill Community (The MAS Foundation) is engaged in Open Innovation and strategic partnerships with leading organizations such as McGraw Hill, Schulich Executive Education Centre, Immigrant Working Centre, Centre for Social Innovation and the Black Creek Community Health Centre.

We offer small group mentoring, coaching and post-program support to leaders. Since skill development, UpSkilling and innovating are processes, we provide the space to support these processes. Before, during and after your course, keep the conversation and leadership experiences going here.

Executives, Entrepreneurs, Educators and Aspiring Leaders choose the UpSkill Community to reflect, gain different perspectives, share stories and best practices in order to level up leadership skills. UpSkill Community provides the space to shift to the next levels.
