About our Team
UpSkill’s team of professionals are actively engaged and cutting edge subject matter experts, thought leaders, mentors, certified coaches, master facilitators, consultants, influencers, learning strategists and project managers, with a proven track record of providing services focused on Soft Skills and leadership development.
We have extensive experience mentoring, designing, developing and delivering organizational and individual learning plans, coaching and facilitating large groups, small groups, and individuals as well as designing and delivering effective train the trainer programs. We are specialists in Intercultural Communication, Collaborating with others and facilitating difficult conversations. Our background and ongoing partnership with some of the best minds in leadership development, makes us confident that UpSkill Community will provide you the right mix of social and learning opportunities to effectively UpSkill.

Skilled facilitators and subject matter experts lead live sessions, ask the tough questions, challenge you and address your questions and concerns. We are a community of practitioners so your facilitator will invite other experts to join your conversations to answer questions, share experiences or address your unique needs. You will have access to ongoing conversations and forum discussions to ensure your UpSkiller journey is engaging, meaningful and impactful.
It’s about you! UpSkillers share their individual goals during the onboarding process. Experiences are designed to support your personal development over time within a community of collaborators.
