UpSkill Community is the response to your call for a space where entrepreneurs, executives, educators and aspiring leaders huddle, engage in conversations, experimentation, exploration and reciprocal mentorship.
UpSkill Community supports leaders’ ongoing need to Skill, ReSkill and UpSkill in order to better lead themselves and each other. We coach, mentor and facilitate conversations on the topics that matter to leaders in a world that is constantly evolving and demanding that we “LeaderShift.”
UpSkill’s team of professionals are actively engaged and cutting edge subject matter experts, thought leaders, consultants, instructional designers, learning strategists, certified coaches, master facilitators and project managers, with a proven track record of providing services focused on Soft Skills and leadership development.
We have extensive experience designing, developing and delivering organizational learning plans, coaching and facilitating large groups, small groups, and individuals as well as designing and delivering effective train the trainer programs.

Guided Learning Journey

The learning journey inside UpSkill Community is divided into Seasons.
Each season UpSkillers engage deeply with an important Soft Skills Topic. That may be Confidence, Self-Awareness, Goal Setting, Communication, Unconscious Bias, Teamwork and so on.
Each season runs for a few weeks to a few months depending on the topic being covered. For example, Goal Setting Season is shorter than Communication Season.
Each season begins with a Launch event. A launch event may be a webinar, guest speaker or other activity, depending on what is suitable for the topic. Skilled facilitators or other experts lead the launch sessions which introduce the big ideas that will be explored in a season.
It’s about you! UpSkillers share their individual goals on registration. Programs are designed to support your personal development over time within a community of collaborators.
UpSkillers have a calendar of events with activities to choose from including UpSkill Live events and your own facilitated UpSkill Mastermind Group.
Plus, you have access to the FREE UpSkiller App to maintain connection with your community on the GO!
