Today we determine our Brand Value. If you’re going on a journey, it’s really important to know the destination you’re going to, in order to determine how you’ll get there. Imagine trying to figure out how to get somewhere when you don’t know exactly where you’re going. In determining core values and especially in determining our Brand Value we have to get really clear on our purpose. If you’ve been watching the series and you were not able to determine your core values, I encourage you to go back to UpSkill Bite #5 five and start from there, because it’s important for you to know where you’re going if you’re stopping to ask the question: How do we get there? That’s the question that values answer for us. Your brand value is your most definitive value, the most important value for you, the one that you can reliably use to make your choices and actions and everyone knows. That value is going to come up when you are present in a room. That’s why it’s called your brand value.
